## Data Collection
**We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Period.**
SwipeClean operates 100% locally on your device. All photo analysis, organization, and deletion happens on your iPhone or iPad. We have no servers, no databases, and no cloud infrastructure. We literally cannot access your information.

## Photo Library Access
SwipeClean requests access to your photo library solely to:
- Display your photos and videos within the app interface
- Allow you to review and delete unwanted media files
- Calculate storage statistics and identify large files
- Organize photos by category (screenshots, videos, etc.)
**Your photos never leave your device.** We do not upload, share, analyze, or transmit your photos to any server, third party, or cloud service.

## What Data We Store (Locally)
The only data stored by SwipeClean is saved locally on your device using iOS standard storage:
- **User Preferences:** Your theme selection (Light/Dark mode)
- **Onboarding Status:** Whether you've completed the initial tutorial
- **Temporary Trash Bin:** Photos you've marked for deletion (until you empty the trash)
- **Session Statistics:** Local counters for space saved and items deleted
This data is stored using iOS UserDefaults and the Photos framework. **None of this data ever leaves your device.**
